Vocal Warm Ups

Five Note Scale

You can use this pattern for various exercises. Try different vowel and consonant pairs. You can also try a nice easy hum, or lip trill as well. Aim for legato free sound, with no h's between notes.

Arpeggio High

Arpeggio

This pattern is an excellent way to move your voice throughout your range. Aim for legato even tone throughout the exercise and for even air flow between skips.

Triad

This is a great tuning warm up. Watch out for the middle note on the way up and down. Aim for excellent legato sound and watch out for H's between pitches.
